Q. Is physical access of target Phone Required?
A. Yes, physical access of the phone which needs to be monitored is required for installation of Mobistealth. Installation of mobistealth is very easy and quick and it hardly takes couple of minutes. Once installed, Mobistealth becomes almost undetectable on target phone.
Q. Will MobiStealth Work With My Phone?
A. MobiStealth works with almost every SmartPhone on the market. For iPhone, the phone must be jailbroken which is an easy and legal process.
Q. Will users know MobiStealth is installed or running?
A. MobiStealth uses the latest innovations in mobile monitoring to keep your monitoring safe and secure. There are no indications that MobiStealth is running while it is active. It runs in completely stealth mode.
Q. If the cell phone user deletes call records will I still see the data?
A. Absolutely! MobiStealth does not use the phone’s call and message logs to record activities. This means even if the user deletes call history or records, text messages or search history, you will still see the data. They cannot cover their tracks with MobiStealth!
Q. Where do I get MobiStealth client software(MobiStealth)?
A. In order to use MobiStealth services you need to sign-up. Once you sign-up, a link will be emailed to you. Click the link to download the client software(MobiStealth) on your mobile. This process takes less than 2 min.
Q: I live in the USA, Will it work on my cell phone?
A: MobiStealth works in any part of the world. If you can use a smart phone in your country, you can install MobiStealth on it and monitor it.
Q. Does MobiStealth ever get updated?
A. Yes, We constantly update MobiStealth in order to make it compatible with new models. As a subscriber, you’ll get every future update free of charge.
Q. If I upgrade my license do I have to reinstall the software on the target phone?
A. No you don’t have to install anything new after you upgrade the license. The adjustments are made automatically to activate new features.
Q. Can I install it remotely?
A. This is not possible. You must have the Target phone physically in your hands for about 5 minutes. You must have Internet access on the phone and use its own browser to connect to mobile spy website and download the software directly into the phone. The process is not difficult and the online manual offers step by step instructions with screen shots. We also have flash animations you can watch before our download the software.
